Rico showed up to my place an hour earlier than our appointment (but had told me he might be doing this when I called him to confirm our appointment). He installed a ceiling fan after finding which switch led to the unused cabling, put on a new valve knob for my water shut-off valve, and removed a bird's nest and covered the vent where they were getting in for very cheap. His total cost was roughly equal to another handyman's quote on putting on the new knob. I would recommend him to get your general fixing and installations done around the house.

We have worked with Rico on two occasions and he has gone above and beyond each time. He is great to work with. He is very clear on what jobs he excels at and which would be better handled by a specialist. His pricing is reasonable and detailed up-front.

We used David and his guys to do a full interior and exterior touch-up and repair on our house before we put it on the market and were very pleased with the work that was done. Attention to detail and the desire to do to a "Good Job" were well demonstrated.
I would recommend Big City to any and all.

Rico has done some work for me back in 2010 and have yet to acquire any additional help. 2 years later I have still not forgot about BIg City House Calls and decided to give him a call when needing a flat screen mantled. He quoted me a fair price as always and worked in timely manner. Very professional and most importantly....I felt comfortable to open my door to him.
